Katie joined AAUW in October 2012 and has worked on Women in Community Colleges: Access to Success, Solving the Equation: The Variables for Women’s Success in Engineering and Computing, The Simple Truth about the Gender Pay Gap, and most recently Barriers and Bias: The Status of Women in Leadership. Her interests include researching issues related to human trafficking, cooking, exercise, and cats.
